Looks great! Of course, I liked the old one too :D I'm glad you're enjoying it, and I'm looking forward to continue to run it on our comic for a while :) Thanks for letting us steal some of your popularity!

I think it's a completely even trade!

It occurs to me that this may end up being the "not copyright infringing' image I need to start selling actual, honest-to-goodness t-shirts. With your logo on the front, and the URL on the back? What do you think?

Do you think it would work? I know that we discussed it a fair bit, mainly because we weren't sure how referencing a parody worked and definitely didn't want Sanrio busting down our doors if we ever sold TOGM merchandise :) That was the compromise that we came up with that we felt was GBK-ish rather than Hello Kitty-ish.

I talked to Skrael, and you're more than welcome to use the image for whatever you want, including t-shirt sales. If you get sued by Sanrio, we've never heard of you nor this crazy comic :D

Oh, also, I think that you'd probably be better off putting a url on the front, I think it's cheaper that way... Double sided t-shirts are probably a bigger expense.. If you are going to do that, maybe if Kyo gets the feature working in CF2k1, you might want to consider getting an easier to remember url too :D

I think it would because it's too abstract to specifically evoke Hello Kitty and doesn't even use the phrase "Goodbye Kitty" which may draw ire from others who have tried to use the phrase for their businesses.

I never heard of GBK either...

I was thinking about that. The original URL was in case I had to quickly change the name of the strip to "Sayonara Kitty" to avoid lawsuits. Since I'm not certain about the life expectancy of the strip, who knows...
