I didn't realize until it came time to actually draw it how involved drawing all these books would be... and then I also realized that I couldn't get away with squiggles for titles on all the books. So I had to do some titles. About 75 or 80 of them. Some came from the TV. Some came from Rush song titles. Some came from my already fractured imagination. And then I had to take a break to go watch a movie. It's rough being a cartoonist.

Wow, that's a lot of work on this strip!

Amazing! I would've just made squiggles and pretended it was a poor scan. :(

Seems to be a lot of work to kill Kitty these days...
Makes you pine for the good ole days, when an unlabeled anvil just fell out of the sky. ^_^

Oh gor blimey! Those were the days! Death was anonymous, immediate, AND easy to draw! Whatever happened to those days?!

Honestly, I will kick cats if they get in my way so the idea of killing or violently maiming a cat could easily be funny to me,
but I just don't see anything humorous about this entire comic...

It's not just any cat, dude. It's the most annoying cartoon kitten that ever skulked out of the twisted imaginations of Japanese advertising executives. I *do* hate cats, but that isn't the point at all. Thanks for your opinion.

I love cats. I've got a cat that I think is an amazing cat, and I am so happy to have her... But this is still an awesome comic :D You can take Kitty out and replace it with any corporate schill character...

It's not about killing cats in general, it's about killing that one particular brand in a Looney Toons-esque manner :)
